DO NOT BE FOOLED. At first glance, I thought this place was amazing- good location, nice amenities, and great community involvement from the management. The amenities are terribly unkept, maintenance requests can take weeks to be completed, and there are so many hidden fees, be ready to pay extra every month for ridiculous add on charges. On top of all of this, the management staff are the worst I have ever come across. Their hours are 10-5....in what world can a working person make use of these hours? And don't even try calling because they won't pick up. On the rare occasion you can actually talk to someone from they office, they will be rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful. DO NOT RENT HERE!
