Mice and horrible mold. Indoor pool and hot tub are ALWAYS shut down. Forget trying to get a hold of property managers or staff because they never answer the phone or check their emails. When you confront them about the numerous sent emails and left voicemails, they'll deny they ever received anything from you. The property manager needs to be let go. Besides the fact she's rude as can be, she also has zero common sense. She's not qualified to be the property manager. When we moved in, we had Paul and CJ, and they were absolutely great! The property itself is quiet and peaceful, but the lack of urgency in the current staff and the current conditions of the apartments would be the biggest reasons I would shy away.
