I lived in the community from 2020 until this past month. The package room and grounds are nice but there's so much left to be desired. The roof on the pool has been broken since we moved in, the hot tub was broken when we moved in but used as a selling point as they "plan to fix it". They finally closed the pool to rip out the hot tub during the first nice weekend we had. The maintenance team is absolutely fabulous and I will miss them. The building manager/leasing agents are the worst part of this property. They are not responsive and when they do, you have to ask for the same information multiple times before getting an answer. My favorite was during the pandemic when Laura, the manager, refused to wear a mask even though everyone else had to. Be prepared for frustrations if you have to interact with her. To top it off, upon move out, they suddenly require you to have a cleaner with an invoice. I'm a very detailed person and planned to clean the space myself. I was informed that even if it was spotless, I'd still be charged $200+ without an invoice. This is not mentioned in your lease or move in. On top of that, they charged us that fee twice. We are still waiting for that refund. A big shout out to Rich and his team for always being great!
