DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place is a rip off. While from the outside it looks like a beautiful complex, the grounds themselves are constantly littered with dog poop. Be careful, though they are pet friendly, there are many aggressive dogs and when your dog is attacked, they won't do anything with your complaint. Though it is advertised as a "smoke free community" it is not. Residents will smoke cigarettes and marijuana in their rooms, and there will be no help from the leasing office (as many of the leasing officers are rude) or management when it comes to complaints about these lease violations. Good luck with parking, as you'll be charged $15 to hunt for a spot as an entire wing is sectioned off. Rent is already outrageous for a 805 square foot 1 bedroom apartment. That's before finding out that all units were upgraded with new washers and dryers, but after 1.5 years your unit was somehow missed! Upon move out, they will fish for anything they can to charge you. We were provided an outdated stove and oven with prior grease stains that we are now being charged to replace. In fact, we paid to give it a deep clean before move out that was not provided to us upon move in. At the start of the lease, it was told that any drywall hole under a quarter in diameter was free to repair, but on checkout there were charges to have them repaired? Again, do yourself a favor and ignore their advertising and find a different place to live.
