I am a current resident and I just signed my 3rd lease. When I first moved in I was very satisfied with the staff at corporate and on location. This new lease that I signed will be my last! I am so disappointed with the billing and payment department! They are very incompetent, they don't know how to treat their residents and don't take responsibility for their mistakes! Residents are required to pay their rent online and when their system has a glitch they are quick to charge you an $80 late fee to your account and they blame the resident for the mistake! They practically argue with you as to what you should have done to get around THEIR glitch to pay the rent! Then when you go down to talk to someone in the office there is no management to be found! The only people you see in the office are the leasing staff. On top of that, either the pool, jacuzzi or computer are out of order constantly! One person that I never have a problem with is the concierge Tim. He is the only one still here from when I first moved in and works hard to help us out. I would NOT recommend anyone to move in here unless you have a lot of patience and money to give.
