Mostly quiet apartments, albeit very dated. Move-out experience is a total grift though... so be warned. Property manager seems to actively despise interacting with anyone. It's as if you are inconveniencing her just by your very presence. The previous younger manager was awesome, it's a shame she left or was fired. š The maintenance guys were all very kind when needed.
