we were charged a ridiculous $1000 for leaving 4 items. customer service has often been unfriendly/ passive aggressive + maintenance requests are often neglected (bathroom clog request towards end of year just didn't come for a full week). i think the funniest part is the poster that hangs on the elevator that says "class in 15, get there in 5". so cap. yeah sure the ep apartments do have big hostable spaces, but i believe u'll have better experience at pe/ e2/ link if u are looking for apartments around that budget.
