I totally agree with other reviews, we never got REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT back after several follow up with Robin, Kelsey and management for 705N last month. Microwave handle was loose since move-in and never fixed after creating work order. $250 damage charge is in question. During the year, there were few itemized charges and fees which were questionable and never waived after promises.
