DO NOT LIVE HERE. I repeat, if you have the opportunity to live ANYWHERE ELSE, DO NOT live here. This apartment building is the worst thing in the entire world. I have been here like six months and have had multiple grievances every single month. The heat doesn't work properly in the building, the elevators were "under construction" for a while and then the management kept the cover on the walls for months? Now if you walk into them they are totally scratched up. It's clear the company puts NO money into the building. Laundry is a nightmare, If you don't pick up your packages within three days they start charging you $10 per day until you pick it up. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything happening in neighbors' units. Top floor units don't get any air ventilation. They keep trying to "remodel" the units so they can charge obscene prices, but don't be fooled, this building is not worth it. There are many other better ones in the area. Management is managed by a very nice woman, who does her best to appease people living here, but it's very clear this is an issue coming up from the owners of the building.
