They never answer the phone at the site. You speak to someone in Denver who is robotic at best. Good luck with timely maintenance issues. They care very little except to please their shareholders with fees, fees, and more fees. Enough is enough. We were 5 hours late, I am not kidding on rent ONE time. I paid online at 5AM on the second and they charged me a huge fee. When I finally reached their robots in Denver they said tough luck. Now they are charging a move out cleaning fee after it was left spotless. They even said it was spotless but we did not have a cleaning company receipt. Criminal behavior. Stop exploiting students. Renters!! There are many choices and yes the roof deck may be appealing but look elsewhere and put these thieves out of business.
