Do not choose EP! I am a Northwestern student and I had a terrible three month experience with EP. For the three month lease, I am supposed to notify moving-out two months before lease end, which is written in the lines of thick contract I can never discover. Even though they know I would move out because the apartment I am living will be under construction in summer, I was charged almost $2100 for late notification. A/C works badly, either too hot or chilly. Elevators went wrong very often. You should never choose EP when you considering apartments in Evanston.
