RENTERS BEWARE - After 3 years of residence at Evanston Place and multiple issues with bug infestations and constant construction, I finally said enough was enough only to be farewelled without the bicycle I kept on the premises in their supposedly secure bike cage (which was either stolen or tossed by management, management which promptly explained they could not - read: would not - assist in any attempts of recovering or reimbursing it) and the loss of my security deposit for parking due to their inability to inform the garage of vacating despite months of prior notice.
