BE CAREFUL!! Although they sell smoke free building, RESIDENTS SMOKE and management doesnt do ANYTHING to avoid that. Elevator hasnt worked properly in a month. Maintenance is poor to fix problems in appartments. Lease office is pretty unprofessional and slow, you better dont have any problem in there. Pricey for that poor service. Read the contract in detail, multiple surprises are HIDDEN. Be careful with AIMCO too, all they want is to make money and they don't care about the residents.
