I also found this apartment through internet research. This apartment is not worth even considering for. Just talk to "real" current residents. One star is even worthless. Very poor management and service. They ignore complaint emails. Poor communication with residents. The call center have an attitude. Once you sign the contract, they are not nice and they do not care to do anything to resolve problem because everything is in Denver as they blame. The office does not know how to do an apartment management. There are many other apartments that are not like this. So why bother? I am not living here next year. There is Park Evanston right across the street with good service. Many other apartments in better condition and service. Problems come up when you live, and one company cannot satisfy everyone. The problem is this apartment is incapable of solving problems and ignorant. I never want to pay over $2000 dollars per month and be treated this way. Living here for has been the major stress for me and all the neighbors I have talked to, because of the poor management. AIMCO does everything for its benefit ONLY. Use the same money on a different apartment. Seriously!
