Eh, Evanston Place. You do me right. You do me wrong.Right: 1) Office staff are helpful and sweet. 2) Repair staff are extremely responsive and excellent at fixing any issue. 3) Location, location, location. Across the street from a quick grocery run at Whole Foods. Close enough to Northwestern so that I am never late for class.Wrong: 1) Expensive. I know, I know, Evanston is expensive around NU anyways. But, for what you are getting at the EP, it should be cheaper... 2) Stick-on tile, a crappy fridge, a leaky dishwasher, an old toilet, and crappy drainage in the shower. Evanston Place renovated some of their apartment, but I am in the old style. Of course, I knew most of this crapola when I moved in. But, that doesn't excuse the sky high price for mediocre returns.EP, I won't lie to you. I will always remember you fondly. But, I sure as hell ain't gonna miss you. My new place has REAL tile. Are you jealous EP? You should be.
