Don't live here - you pay VERY expensive rent for mediocre service. Over the 1.5 years that I've lived here, I've continually seen the staff take away many services and amenities without any explanation. When you ask, they shrug their shoulders and say that you should find another place to live. I strongly recommend living somewhere either cheaper, or the same rate where you actually DO get what you pay for. Below is a short list of issues that I've witnessed in the last 1.5 years:- Used to have free coffee in the building - took it away without any explanation- Gym has no air conditioning, making it almost impossible to work out in during warm seasons- Water goes out regularly, sometimes with no warning (I can count just 8 times in the past year)- They told us a new gym would come in Summer of 2014 - it's Spring of 2015 and we're still waiting for it. In addition, they took away the existing gym for 2 weeks and counting. - Don't inform residents of packages, meaning guess what, if you get a surprise delivery from a future employer like I did, I didn't find out for 6 months...making me look really bad in front of my future employer for not even thanking them.Those are just a few issues but again I strongly recommend either living somewhere less expensive, or paying the more expensive rent for a place where you actually get the promised amenities.
