Andrew, the new manager is returning my calls & I have been told that Bo has been addressed re her rudeness,but, I have not received an apology from her & the people who work for me have said she is still rude to them when they check for packages. I don't understand this. Especially since she trained with Dave!The regional manager never contacted me either. I am still planning on moving out ASAP! I think it is ridiculous to pay over $2000/month & be treated rudely by anyone. There are no plans to do anything about the air conditioning problem.
