First the good: Great amenities, view, pool, location, immediate service on any call, easy move in/move out. The bad: Good luck EVER understanding their billing for shared trash, electric, water, sewer. You get a separate bill titled "NWP" but then you pay it through the website where there is also a "billing fee" so they're billing you for their billing OF you. Security deposit doesn't come back unless you get a commercial service and present them with the receipt for cleaning on move out. We had the unrenovated version of these apartments -- laminate in kitchen kept detaching, tub was not in good condition and painted with that temporary stuff and carpet not good. And its EXPENSIVE. We paid $1,659.00 plus $70 for parking for a studio. Moved 1 street away and am paying the same amount for a 2 b/r, 2/bath albeit without the gym and pool.
