I am not surprised this is the worst place to live in Miami Beach . Just look at all the testimonials. Think twice before moving in or you will regret it.The place is full of wackos its a Mad house. You Manage the Flamingo South Beach the worst way possible and I hope this review will alert any decision taker to get rid off you. PEOPLE BEWARE!!!! this place is to Avoid please inform yourself before signing a lease over there people will make you feel nice and comfortable at the beginning but wait until the problems come.
