Disappointed with the increase in rent every time you renew it, no parking included, dog excrement and urine everywhere: in the elevators, in the hallways which by the way are always dirty and carpeted which makes them even worse because the Dogs urinate there and in almost 3 years that I have lived there, they have never been cleaned. My apartment is always dripping, the washer dryer does not wash well, it is very old. I've been lucky to have calm neighbors but you can hear everything, even when they have sex. The staff in the offices have always treated us well. I have no complaints about them. But there are many things that definitely need to be improved. After reading so many bad reviews, I no longer know what to expect when my lease ends. Please flamingo people, be more demanding with cleanliness.
