I want to share my experience of living in Flamingo South Beach. My husband and I came to live in mid-March, an apartment on the 28 floors of the central tower. Very nice view and normal repair of the apartment. The contract was signed for 15 months. After 4 months, the horror began. Repair of apartments from all sides, exceeding all noise standards. It was hell. They worked so noisily that there was no way to call on the phone and talk as I could not be heard. It lasted three months. When the 8th month of our stay in this building came, we received a call from the office and were told in a very rude form that we were being evicted and the reason was to repair the apartment. Repairs that we didn't ask for and we don't need. We live legally by signing a counter. They decided to make repairs and raise the price of the apartment 2 times higher. And this is all the mayhem going on in difficult times in a pandemic. They didn't tell us anything about it in March. We paid a lot of money to come here, paid a fee for two dogs of $ 1000, paid an entrance fee and so on. Now we have to look for new housing and spend money again. I was faced with the rudest attitude towards my family. The most rude and not professional employees work in the office. Everyone who continues to live here I want to say that you can sign a contract for any period, but they can kick you out absolutely at any time. To anyone who wants to move in here for prices from $4000 and above in modestly renovated apartments, I want to say that it's not worth it. Constant noise, repairs, dog urine stinks all over the courtyard, hot water is turned off in the evening without warning, a cold pool, although it should be heated with water and a very rude office of employees. And don't answer in the comments that you can't find me in your database of tenants. We are not fools, we understand that you have nothing to answer all our claims. It is a pity to face such an attitude towards their tenants.
