I got a really bad experience with flamingo. I was leaving in flamingo south beach north tower for over 20 months and during my stay nobody was able to help me. Every problems I got took for ever to get solved. Besides the fact that the management is just trying to take money from you, the staff and the management are mean and lazy. They are impossible to reach by phone, the office is close for over a hour and half per day. It was the worst condo I used to live in miami
