The worst... this building is not even close to what it used to be 8 years ago... ran by an incompetent, lazy, rude and corrupted management. They are never there, they don't reply or take calls. The application process is a joke, anyone can rent here, regardless of background, age, this place has become the dump of south beach... they charge for everything they can, the bait and switch everyone on the renewals... i hope AIMCO losses this building and they fire all the management, otherwise, this place will be gone, if not already is.
