Worst Place in Miami to Live (Construction, Bugs, Noise etc) I have lived here for 2 years and it keeps getting worse & worse. For an entire year, they were jack-hammering my patio and the ones nearby. The construction noise here is deafening. Now, they've ripped up the beautiful center landscaping have restricted all the walkways so that you have to walk WAY out of your way to get anywhere. The construction noise is never ending and will be here all year. The South Pool was under construction for the first year I was here. I'm told they are starting on the North Pool construction and North Tower soon. It's like living in a WAR ZONE with all the noise, forced walkways and bugs. Many apartments are infested with bugs as well. Finally, things are always broken (pool heater, bio-metric readers, hot tub). The Fire Alarms are always triggering automatically and go on for hours while the fire department comes with lights & sirens. It's a shame, this place was beautiful when I moved in. The management doesn't have any consideration for the tenants. They just take action without regard to how it will impact people living here.
