The cockroaches have taken over. The problem is so bad that my boyfriend and I have to sleep with the lights on every night. We have to clean and disinfect the apartment everyday but the problem hasn't gotten better. The exterminator has come five times and told us that spraying is no use because the entire building is infested with cockroaches. We see them on our toothbrushes, or food, on our bed, and on our clothes. Other residents I've spoken to have the same problem. The community manager came to view our apartment after we complained and had the nerve to tell us that the problem wasn't so bad. We can't sleep at night. It's a great building and an awesome location, but that doesn't matter when the infestation is so pervasive. Don't move here. Even if you can't see the bugs, they're there...For the record, I actually like living here cockroaches aside. I haven't had the same problems with the security that other reviewers have complained of. But the cockroaches are real.. they render the building uninhabitable.
