If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never been so miserable living anywhere in my life. Between the constant partying, inconsiderate and loud neighbors, Air BnB, the apartment across the hall with eight people living inside and the awful security team that does absolutely NOTHING about the drunks coming in and out through the middle of the night, this place has to be the worst building on the beach. I had the pleasure of going out of town this weekend only to come home to a soaking wet apartment, dryers in my bedroom, half of my bedding thrown in the bathtub, my white area rug soaking wet and cords lying in a pool of water. Nobody from the management company contacted me to let me know there was any type of problem so I have no idea what even happened yet. Even as I write this, there is a group of people in the courtyard screaming and "Wooooo-ing" at the top of their lungs - it's 2:10 in the morning. This is a constant nightly occurrence so I am in no way surprised. I'm moving out soon, thank god, and I suggest that if you're even looking at this building you stay far far away. In fact, when I did not renew my lease, I had someone from Aimco contact me to ask why. I explained all of the reasons I hate this place and she said to me "This isn't even the worst I've heard about that building today". If that doesn't paint a picture for how awful the Flamingo is, I don't know what will.
