It appears that management and security here are completely losing control to the hoodlums and vandals who are being allowed into this community. Tonight I observed that in addition to 1) no security guard on duty, 2) a broken elevator in the Center Tower, there are now smashed air conditioning vents on the common 3rd floor landing (the same area where the recent murder occurred) AND, there are no fewer than THREE emergency exit signs that have been completely destroyed, hanging by wires or on the floor. I believe that not having emergency lighting that works is a violation of the fire code, so I have taken photos and will be reporting this to the city safety authorities. I am truly fearing for my personal safety in this place.
