I am compelled to leave a 1-star review for Flamingo South Beach Apartments due to an unjust experience that has led me to deal with collections. I applied for residency and paid a $300 application fee and a $1500 refundable holding fee. Despite being assured that this holding fee would be returned if my lease was not finalized, Flamingo South Beach denied my application due and failed to refund the $1500 holding fee. Multiple attempts to resolve this issue were ignored, leaving me no choice but to dispute a wrongful debt of $1581.04. This ordeal underscores the lack of integrity and responsiveness from Flamingo South Beach Apartments. Avoid at all costs. Still dealing with collections and this has affected my credit score.
