My wife and I had an appointment to meet with a leasing agent today. Upon, arrival we had an incredibly rude valet attendant who didn't seem to have the time of day to deal with us. Whatever, maybe he was having a bad day. We walked into the leasing office and were met with an equally rude man at the reception desk. We told him our appointment was 10 minutes ago, and he shook his head at us ( I called to inform them we were running 5-10 minutes behind), only for him to tell us that the leasing agents were running over an hour behind. There was no apology, just told we would have to wait. We left, where the angry valet attendant just took the tag off our car and said "exit " and pointed. I've seen better customer service at the DMV. I wouldn't even consider living at this place seeing how they treat their potential tenants. I can't imagine how they treat their actual tenants.
