Our heat hasn't been working for five Days at this "luxury apartment" complex. The concierge service you get is face value. They don't actually DO anything when there's really a problem. Maintenance staff are really sweet and brought us portable heaters to deal with it while it's 40-20 degrees outside. But the building management, they don't seem to actually care. They get your rent and you signed a lease. And they don't feel any responsibility to give you what you leased from them in terms of a hassle free living experience. It's shameful on Bozzuto that for over 4500$ in rent Residents have to go to a google post to finally get some attention to the fact that our heat doesn't work for the past week! It's a pretty building and a good location. I'll give them that
