I started paying $1,600 2 years ago for a 1-room apartment, and now my rent was increased from last year to $1,800 plus services, now they tell me that if I want to renew my next rent it will cost me $2,300, this is absurd, it is a robbery In addition, the services are lousy, people are obnoxious when serving you, the office is always closed, there are only 10 visitor parking spaces for the entire complex, once my toilet was damaged and they charged me $700 for the repair, I really do not recommend it no one who rents in this place
