EDIT: After living here for a few years I decided to increase the rating to 3 stars. My comments about the staff were quite childish and unnecessary -- just make sure that you follow their policies, they are very VERY strict and inflexible. I am currently a resident of "Four Quarters Habitat" located at 8337 SW 107th Ave, Miami, FL and it is my understanding that Aimco is the principal owner of this company. We moved here a few months ago, and it has been a nightmare for us and all our neighbors, this is probably a waste of my time, but I would like to note for the record some points: - It is extremely hard to find parking for the overpopulation of vehicles even when we are paying a monthly fee. One of my cars was towed because I had to park in an apparently "forbidden zone," there was NO PLACE to park, and the response from management was that I have to park next time outside or wait for someone to leave. - Today they allowed the towing company to put a sticker in my car because "my tag is expired," which is NOT! The sticker felled off the plate but if you check online the plate is up to date. The sticker from the towing company is hard to remove from the windows, and it requires a lot of time that is very precious for me. - I asked for an explanation in the Administration office and "Jenny" the current manager very unprofessional did not let me finish and started talking about "no sense reasons" about the towing company. My biggest concern is the lack of interest from management to control their current employees, individually "Jenny - The Manager." I would love to pass this email to management and include "Jenny" on this, I am sure that many people have complained about the same issue. Thank you, and I hope this will help the community to be a better and peaceful place to live.
