After a month living here It's been a great place to live so far, this review update is regarding their parking policy, I have never been towed in my life until last night, apparently if you pay for premium parking you can't park on a open parking spot, so be aware of it, don't expect a warning like other parking enforcement agents do in other apartment complexes; just waking up to a towed car to kick off your day. I went to the office for help and were handed an unsigned copy of my "parking" addendum which does not state that I cannot park on an open spot while paying for premium parking, then also were referred to an email communication that also does not state a problem with parking on open spots while paying for premium parking. After finding out, the representative just stayed silent offering no solution other than stop paying for premium parking, all of that while calling me a common sense lacking person to start the conversation. I was so mad that I just walked out the office. I already reached the ICanHelp email with no response, so please just don t give me the average pre scripted answer, thanks Looking forward to rent here. Stopped by to get some info and check the units and everything went with ease. Mariela gave me all the info that I needed in a timely manner and with a big smile
