If I could give zero stars, I would. Living in this condominium has been an absolute nightmare, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Here are just a few of the many issues I've encountered: 1. Filthy Amenities: The pool is constantly dirty, and I've even seen mold growing in it and even tadpoles multiple occasions. It's as if management doesn't care about basic cleanliness or the health of residents. I had planned a fun day for my family, only to find the pool in such a disgusting state that we couldn't even use it. This has happened more than once. 2. Unresponsive Management: Every time a complaint is raised, management either takes ages to respond or simply ignores the issue. They are quick to send out emails about rules that residents need to follow, but when it comes to their own responsibilities, they are nowhere to be found. The double standards are infuriating. 3. Constant Emails with No Action: The management bombards us with emails reminding us to follow rules, maintain cleanliness, and keep our units mold-free. Yet they can't even be bothered to ensure the facilities we're paying for are kept in a livable condition. It's pure hypocrisy. 4. Package Theft and Security Issues: Packages go missing all the time, and no one does anything about it. There's no proper security system in place, and management couldn't care less when we report thefts. It's completely unacceptable. 5. Broken or Unsecured Gates: The gate to the condominium is always broken or left wide open, defeating the whole purpose of having a "gated community." Anyone can come in and out as they please, making the place feel unsafe and vulnerable to theft and trespassing. 6. Terrible Customer Service: The manager is completely unprofessional and lacks any sense of customer service. She clearly doesn't care about the residents or their concerns. When you bring up issues, she either ignores them or brushes them off without any follow-up. The lack of care and accountability from her is staggering. This place is an absolute disaster. Between the mismanagement, the poor upkeep, and the constant headaches of trying to get anything fixed, it's not worth the money or the stress. If you're considering moving here, DON't. Look elsewhere, because this place is beyond redemption. I cannot wait for my lease to end to move out of here!!!
