DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! THIS PLACE STEALS YOUR MONEY. I am being charged over $300.00 to have my apartment repainted after move out due to "un normal wear and tear"... I lived there for ten months and hung pictures on the wall and that "ruined their paint".. I was also charged over $50.00 for a parking pass that I turned in. Do not even make an effort to clean your apartment after move out because you will still be charged $130 for a cleaning fee. Let alone this place is not maintained... Trash everywhere, not mowed regularly, insides of buildings are disgusting, you smell your neighbors, cigarette smoke everywhere.. Save your money there are much nicer complexes than this.
