Current resident- At time of move in, was told only needed a permit for parking in reserved spaces. Parked in the lot (non reserved spaces) to get towed 3 months later. When called, I was told information I was not given when moving in, and was told the office would not reimburse me for the towing fee. Good luck with parking! They set it up to maximize on profit by towing
