Hello ! This is Berk Sayal ! I had an appointment today. I have a complaint for your company and your workers.When I come to the lease office, the man was very rude who is sitting front of the computer at the table. He asked directly" when do you move to apartment " it was a bad question! Do you treat to your every guest is like this ? is this your service quality? I've been talking with Jen for 2 weeks yours regional manager. I told her first, I would like to look at the apartment and then I will decide when I can move to apartment. Also, when I arrived to number 103 building, there was a code system on the 204 door. Why Didn't they say the code to me? I waited 30 minutes at front of the door. I didn't surprise. It was a bad greeting the costumer. it was bad guidance the costumer. I never come over there. I will never recommend any to my friends. I am writing this email. because you have to know this Dear Manager and talk them. !
