The Community Manager (Stephanie Hall) treats low-income renters like second-class citizens. She also encourages this rude, arrogant treatment to some of Maintenance Engineers. Comments such as "HUD who pays your rent" should be kept to herself. Being difficult and uncooperative to HUD recipients is uncalled for and extremely frustrating especially since she seems to not have any overhead.
