I have been put through the ringer trying to get my 500 dollar refundable deposit back. I applied for an apartment and it was canceled. I was told before hand that I would be given a full refund of the 500 if this was to happen. After 5-7 business days I still had not received anything. After calling and leaving messages for two days I finally reached someone. They said they would pass it along to their DM. The DM sent me a short email saying "I have refunded." This was 12 days ago. I still have not received anything. I sent two emails and left one voicemail and STILL have heard no word. I finally have been in touch with the corporate office. They are now trying to sort it out for me. This has put me in a very bad spot. I needed that REFUNDABLE 500 so I could pay my bills. I am a school teacher and have been extremely stressed out. It has been 3 weeks and yet I have received nothing. I hope I get MY MONEY back.
