The maintenance services are pretty decent, and the neighborhood is nice, but I was not happy that they did bait and switch on me, and showed me an apartment next to a sand volleyball court and a tennis court, and the sand volleyball court ended up being a grass and gravel court with no net, and the tennis court is being changed into a doggie park.
