Hidden Cove claims to care about its residents but they really only appeal to future residents. They keep the property really clean for pictures and for tours for the future residents! The downside of this is that they send a group of guys out on the property every morning and they are using loud leaf blowers at 8am. Now I'm not sure about you guys, but I like to sleep in on certain days and that becomes utterly impossible when you have an extremely loud battery powered leaf blower going right next to your bedroom window.
