I also emailed Susan and never got a reply back or maybe I never saw it. On the bright side, my request went through and my shower got fixed Previous: I just got charged $11 for one wash because the machines kept going offline and taking my money. Credit card company won't give it back and this has happened more than once. They charge you ridiculous prices for all the utilities. They even have a charge for have a smart door for $1-5 a month. Don't go here, unless you're desperate
