I was promised to have my rug changed before they change management and still haven't been replaced. The apartments have certain units upgrade and haven't completed everyone units. I been living here for 3 years now and things just haven't change yet. When I moved in and saw the carpet have clean I was told that, the carpet was going to be removed and never have. This is very disappointing at this point
