I've decide to write an honest review: This place is way overpriced and if you have any issues very little will be done to help you. You are lost among a sea of other residents and there is no individual help. I just moved in here and was immediately hit on the fourth of the month with a hefty late fee. When I complained that I had only lived there for 3 weeks and was not told that rent was due on the 1st, they told me I signed off on the inauguration email which explained rent is due on the first... Also very loud I hear EVERYTHING that is happening above me... Also, every other morning at 8 AM a garbage truck shows up and beeps for 30 minutes straight so forget sleeping in on the weekends... All this, on top of the ridiculous rent = 1 star
