Not impressed. Even though the front is a beautiful scenery, that's pretty much it. I visited this property recently and when we walked in the leasing office there was an awful smell, the fitness center is incredibly small, and there were ducks in the pool. However, they are asking $1900-$2100 for rent. What exatly are you paying for? Also, the vacant 2b/2b we saw was extremely dated and noticed dead bugs. Lastly, there are people who I've spoke to and said do not live here. Now, that I've seen it I now understand. The good thing I can say about the property was the person we spoke with was sweet and professional. Unfortunately, it's a no for me.
