1) Overcharged almost $800 on the last month's bill for no reason but to scam us. Like $300 for cleaning?? I left the bathrooms cleaner than when I moved in. And swept all the floors 2) Living room ceiling had a major leak from broken water heater. Never reimbursed us for ruining my couch. 3) parking is so bad. $40 for one reserved parking when it should be free like all the other complexes. Mailbox has a fee too 4) over $200 for just the heat bill in the winter because it doesn't really work Old review: I lived here 11 months and parked same spot everyday, (I am moving out in 2 weeks). Suddenly I get a parking STICKER that won't come off in this heat. It literally VANDILIZED my car. You never put a sticker on someone's car. Its from Tow truck company West Wreckage but you guys have a partnership with them. There are ZERO signs of no parking on the side area. About 6 other cars park there every night too.
