Stay away from this place. You will have only one parking place then have to pay 20 a month for a chance of getting a spot. So if you work past 5pm just consider your parking down and hope you like hicking and walking a extremely steep hill with no side walks. I can see if you're handicapped then you'll have to uber to your place or have someone pick you up. The company is Tow truck happy and will tow you as soon as they can. Apparently they're buddy buddy with the company and love to extort any guest of their residents. Nobody is ever in the office sometimes for days. The places are just lipstick on a pig. The veranda are leaning down and you can see rotting wood through the landlord special paint. Absolutely horrible place.
