You pay 15 a month automatically for parking but the spaces are super limited and they WILL tow. You can pay 40 for an assigned spot. The electricity is terribly high in the winter months. 300 to 500 dollars. I think the buildings are old. Other than that not bad....but these are all big things for me personally.
