Don't fall for the lovely scenery! This place is slumlord city! Way over priced for what you get. Our unit was dirty, has water damage, mold and bugs I've never see before. The tick&flea problem out there is ungodly. Just walking to your car will get an unwanted hitch hiker on you. You have to pay for parking. Good luck finding parking if you have more than one vehicle. You may have to walk a good distance back home and up hills. No side walks and poor lighting at night. Have pets? Well you'll be paying an arm&leg in pet deposit and monthly pet fees. That lovely trail they tell you about? It's over grown and infected with parasites! It was a nightmare moving in and a bigger one trying to leave. Renters beware, run away and don't look back!
