I would 100% recommend finding somewhere else to live if you ever want to have parking or a guest over. They essentially have 1 parking spot for every unit and "guest parking" that is always occupied by residents. This place was poorly planned in development when building 3 bedroom townhouse and 2 bedroom apartments yet only allocating 1 parking spot for each to grab more money from the units. Each vehicle has to pay for parking each month that is not guaranteed to be available on top of the $1800-$2200 rent and the random fees they decide to add into that. I honestly feel bad for the staff they have here because they are nice people and at this point they are getting chewed out almost daily for these issues. But when spending this much money for a place to live people have the right to have parking available or to have guest over without their vehicle being towed in under an hour. Overall since moving here it's been nothing but frustration and underwhelming results in fixing the issues that are present. The suggestions commonly given are to park at the office building at the bottom of the hill and have someone pick you up, park 2-3 football fields away to find an open spot, or get towed. Even after paying for parking. STAY AWAY! Spend your money somewhere it is actually worth it.
